Each season features a brand-new workout: fresh exercises, distances, and standards. Athletes battle through the season for their personal best, and when the final race closes, a champion is crowned in every division.

Here’s the official workout for Season 1. 
A test of endurance, strength, and mindset. You’ll complete 4 running intervals, each followed by 2 back-to-back workout stations.

We combine cardio machines (like running, biking, rowing, skiing) with functional strength movements (like kettlebell swings, lunges, box jumps, and carries), all packed into a seasonal competition format.



The structure stays consistent, but the workouts, distances, and weights change every season — challenging athletes to adapt, reset, and rise again. The result? A constantly refreshing, high-performance race format that rewards versatility, endurance, and grit.
